Workouts
Ascent Flex-Training

The goal of this intermediate-level workout program is to make your body well-balanced between all muscle groups and emphasize the development of the "core" muscle group!  To do this, we are going to rely primarily on big, compound movements that use many muscle groups in conjunction, along with a few isolated exercises.  By the end of this program you should be significantly more fit and well balanced.

Exercises

Deadlift

Squat
Squats are the best compound weightlifting exercise in the book, developing more muscles than any other movement
